Delivery to mainland France
Deliveries are made using La Poste's Colissimo service, either to your home or to a relay point.
The average delivery times (after dispatch) observed are:
- For Metropolitan France: 2 to 6 working days;
- For the French overseas departments and territories: 5 to 10 working days;
- For Europe: 3 to 8 working days.

Deliveries are free for purchases over €150, to your home or to a collection point.
France (for any order less than €150)

- Colissimo home delivery - with signature €7.00
- Colissimo home delivery - no signature required €6.00
Europe Zone 1 : Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands
- Colissimo home delivery with signature €10.00
- Colissimo home delivery without signature €8.00
Europe Zone 2 : Austria, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom
- Colissimo home delivery with signature €10.00
OVERSEAS : Guadeloupe, Reunion, Mayotte, Martinique, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, French Guiana
- Colissimo home delivery - with signature €16.00
- Colissimo home delivery - no signature required €15.00
Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return your items to us in their original packaging.
- Shipping costs are our responsibility.
- Refund one week after receipt of your items.
