To create your account, you have two options.

1. You create an account directly through the “My account” section at the top right of each page of the site and click on “create my account”.

2. You create your account when you confirm your order. You simply select the items
that you wish to purchase and click on "View cart" then "payment". You do not yet have an account. You fill out the proposed form. Finally, click on "validate" at the bottom of the page. An email will be sent to you to confirm the creation of your account. Don't forget to keep your login details as they will be useful the next time you log in.

To recover your forgotten password, simply go to the top right corner of the "My Account" section and click "Forgotten Password." Enter your email address so the Emilie Karston team can send you a password reset email. This email will contain all the information needed to reset your password. It may take a few minutes to receive this email. Check your spam folder to see if you have already received this email.

If you haven't received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If not, you can contact us at contact@emiliekarston.com . We'll verify that your order has been received and provide you with the information related to your order.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your Colissimo tracking number. You can find your tracking number in your Emilie Karston account under "My Orders."

If you have a promo code, enter it in the provided field at checkout. If the code's conditions are met, the discount will be applied immediately to your cart.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and APPLE PAY bank cards.

The bank account corresponding to the bank card used for payment will be debited on the day the order is shipped.

The average delivery times (after dispatch) observed are:

- For Metropolitan France: 2 to 6 working days;

- For the French overseas departments and territories: 5 to 10 working days;

- For Europe: 3 to 8 working days.

Home delivery

Your package will be delivered to you in person or delivered to your mailbox. If it is too large for delivery to your mailbox, it will be made available to you at your local post office.

Delivery to a relay point

Your package will be delivered to one of the 10,000 post offices in France, the one you selected at checkout. Packages will be held for 10 business days.

When placing your order, you choose your collection point after paying for your order. If you forget this last step, your package will be delivered to the address indicated on your account.

To return your order, we invite you to follow the following steps:

- Log in to your account using your email address and personal password;
- Click on the order number concerned, then at the bottom of the page you will find the return label to download and print.
- Add to your return package the delivery slip initially present in the package as well as the reason for your return.

You can also let us know by email at the following address: contact@emilikarston.com, mentioning your order number and the product concerned.

You have a legal period of 15 days upon receipt of your package to make your return request.

For anyone who has placed an order without having created a customer account, you must send us an email to contact@emiliekarston.com, mentioning your order number and the product concerned so that our service can issue you with a return label.

Return costs to France are the responsibility of Emilie Karston.

Once your package has been received by our warehouse, your refund will be made within 14 days directly to the payment card used to validate your order.
If you have a deferred debit card, the refund will take place under the same conditions as your usual debits.

As soon as you can add a product to your cart, it means we have it in stock. In fact, all products visible on the e-shop site are available for sale.

For products listed as out of stock on our website, it is possible that they were sold out during the day. We encourage you to check back regularly in the following days to see if we have received a new shipment of the item in question.

Generally speaking, our shoes fit true to size, so simply choose your usual size. However, if you are between sizes, we recommend following our " Size Guide" . You will also find it on each of our product pages.

You can also try on our shoes at one of our retailers. The addresses of our retailers can be found in the "Stores" section.

All our shoes are available from 36 to 41 and some models are now available from 35 to 42.
